Mullaghduff Thatched Cottage

Mullaghduff Thatched Cottage is located on the Wild Atlantic Way, between the villages of Kincasslagh and Annagry in an area known as The Rosses in County Donegal. It is part of the Gaeltacht, an Irish speaking area, although English is also spoken and understood. Close to several stunning beaches including Carrickfinn Blue Flag Beach and just minutes from Carrickfinn Airport.

The thatched cottage consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a vaulted ceiling, wood burner and traditional stone floors. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable self-catering holiday. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room. The cottage also has oil central heating. There are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and reading lamps. Bed linen and towels are provided; a travel cot and bedding can be supplied for an infant on request. Outside there is a large fenced garden with a stone patio area, picnic table and off-road parking.

The cottage is perfectly located for exploring Donegal, including a few hidden gems just off the Wild Atlantic Way. Within in close proximity to Errigal mountain, Dunlewey and the Poisoned Glen, Glenveagh Castle, Gardens and National Park. Slieve League, the highest sea cliffs in Europe, and the Glencolmcille Folk Park are a little further away.
