Set in Mulranny, County Mayo, the holiday home at Fernhill boasts spectacular views of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick. Bright, spacious and well equipped, the home has three bedrooms and is set on its own spectacular grounds. It is located just a ten minutes walk from the local Blue Flag beach and the village, making it a perfect choice for both active and relaxing breaks.

The house can sleep up to six people and features two spacious bathrooms, one of which has a wheelchair friendly shower. The large living room has an open fireplace and spectacular panoramic views with patio doors that open up to outside dining for warm evenings. There is also high-definition satellite TV and radio and DVD, CD and cassette players. A range of DVDs, CDs and children’s toys, books and games are supplied. Additionally, there are three bicycles available. Free WiFi also available.

For preparing meals, guests can utilise the well equipped kitchen. It includes a cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave. The garage contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and bathroom.

Mulranny is situated just a short distance from Westport, Castlebar, Newport and Achill Island, so it is an excellent base for touring the region. Mulranny is also a haven for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and more. Mulranny has been awarded the Eden (European Destination of Excellence) Award and it boasts the newly developed Greenway, a dedicated walking and cycling route from Westport to Achill.

Fernhill is a home away from home set in magical Mulranny which attracts visitors back time and time again to enjoy the natural landscape, the very hospitable friendly locals and the wide range of things to do and see.

Mulranny was awarded the best small town in Ireland and is located on the magnificent Wild Alantic Way.
