Traveller’s Rest Hostel retains all the charm of a traditional Irish cottage. The open turf fire in the dining area, the ceiling rafters, rustic tables, dressers, Belfast sink and rocking chairs contribute to the overall feel of the cottage.

The dormitory rooms cater for up to five people, while there are twin and double private rooms available. Bed linen comes supplied but there is a rental charge for towels.

Nearby historic sites include Skellig Michael, Staigue Fort & Derrynane House. The Derrynane National Park and Beautiful Golden blue flag Beaches are within close proximity to the hostel.
