Donegal Scenic Travel provides daily guided tours from Donegal Town to the Sliabh Liag Peninsula, along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Donegal Scenic Travel is a business with over 30 years’ experience. As the company grows they intend to introduce additional tours to explore the wider area of the beautiful county.

In the 16 seater minibus, travellers will miss out on nothing. The driver has a wealth of local knowledge, and will endeavour to ensure that an enjoyable and memorable experience is had.

It has taken the Atlantic Ocean millions of years to shape the rugged Donegal coastline. With some of the highest marine cliffs in Europe and long golden beaches, it is no surprise that artists from around the globe have become frequent visitors. World famous for tweed and woollen industries, visitors will get the opportunity to see an authentic hand loom in full operation, and take a look at how necessity shaped the lives of our Irish ancestors through invention and survival at the Glencolmkille Folk Museum.

Departing from the Tourist Information Centre in Donegal Town at 11:00 daily, and returning around 17:00, Donegal Scenic Travel offer a free pick up and drop off service to local hotels and guesthouses. It is advisable to pre-book the tour as there are only 16 seats available daily. Refreshments, crafts and souvenirs are available to purchase en-route from recommended vendors.
